Computer & Communications Technologies, Inc (CCT) is a technology research and development firm specializing in client/server and client–only applications for the secure mobile computing market.

CCT develops solutions that provide businesses with the ability to centrally manage connectivity and security related policies for their mobile users. CCT also develops billing solutions for service offerings from Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) and Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNE).

CCT serves as the R & D branch of The JCI Group, providing platforms and supporting infrastructure. Their development covers three major areas:

Software Development for Mobile Users
Provides software that allows customers to securely connect to various networks (LAN, WiFi, PHS, and 3G); develops products that range from basic connection management to secure mobile corporate access, including Centralized Security Policy Management and an embedded Intrusion Prevention System.

Telecom Battery
Linux–based platform for specific applications that utilize wireless technologies; aimed at providing a high level of functionality with minimal hardware requirements and cellular connectivity; products include home–based internet appliances for non–technical users and industry–specific devices for applications such as stock trading, network monitoring, and digital signage.

Data Services
Provides applications for business customers that include collated usage data and billing information for cellular assets, activity monitoring of data cards, user administration and reporting; also hosts a proprietary billing system that provides sophisticated separation of call charges and distribution of bills across departments and individuals for all the major carriers in Japan.
